John Nolan is a healthcare staffing and workforce solutions executive, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Midwest Valor Group. John brings deep experience building, scaling, and leading staffing organizations that support healthcare clients nationwide.

As the founder and former CEO of Next Move Healthcare, John built a healthcare staffing platform focused on travel nursing, clinical staffing, permanent placement, and workforce solutions. His experience includes recruiting strategy, workforce operations, customer service, business development, acquisition integration, and enterprise growth.

John has spent his career helping organizations solve staffing and hiring challenges in complex, high-need environments. At MVG, he leads the company's healthcare workforce strategy, staffing operations approach, and service model.
